The Physician of Personal Growth
Dr. Stephen Sanders
The MD who fixed himself first and now helps high achievers build a life they don't want to escape from.
The doctor who had to become his own patient.
Dr. Stephen Sanders is a board-certified physician and founder of Whole Men's Health, the MD who fixed himself first. He teaches performance and personal growth to high achievers through the WHOLE Standard.
A husband and father of four, Stephen spent years caring for others while neglecting his own health then lost 60 pounds in 15 months and rebuilt his life from the inside out.
That transformation shaped his work today: helping high achievers cut through the noise, identify the part of life that is costing them the most, and build a life that works as well on the inside as it looks from the outside.
Through The WHOLE Standard, Stephen brings a physician's diagnostic lens to five connected areas of life: purpose, physical health, mindset, relationships, and financial health.
Dr. Sanders earned his MD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, his MPH in Health Policy and Management from Emory University, and his BA in History and Chemistry from the University of Alabama.

The Mission
A physician's lens on a whole life.
Stephen's work sits at the intersection of medicine, personal growth, and performance. His goal is simple: help high achievers build a life that works as well on the inside as it looks from the outside.
Physician-Grounded
Every framework Stephen teaches is rooted in clinical evidence and lived experience, not theory.
Whole-Life Focus
Health is one pillar, not the whole building. The WHOLE Standard addresses purpose, mindset, relationships, and financial health alongside physical vitality.
Practical Standards
Stephen doesn't teach goals. He teaches standards and daily commitments that hold up under pressure and compound over time.
